Events.
Mr.
David
J. Lesar, chairman, president and CEO of Halliburton Company, established a
trading plan under Rule 10b5-1 in March 2005. Sales under such plan were
completed in July 2005. Mr. Lesar recently adopted a new Rule 10b5-1 trading
plan. Mr. Andrew R. Lane, executive vice president and chief operating officer
of Halliburton Company, has also recently adopted a trading plan under Rule
10b5-1. Any transactions under these plans will be disclosed through Form 4
filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
