DALLAS, May 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Halliburton Company's (NYSE: HAL) annual meeting of shareholders will be held at The Fairmont Hotel in Dallas, Texas on Tuesday, May 15, 2001 at 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time.
For those not able to attend in person, arrangements have been made to webcast proceedings of the Halliburton shareholders' meeting on a listen only basis on the Internet.
