Halliburton Names Joseph F. Andolino, Senior Vice President, Tax
HOUSTON, Dec 17, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) announced today that Joseph F. Andolino will join Halliburton as senior vice president of Tax, effective January 1, 2011. Andolino is a tax attorney and brings more than 32 years of experience in international, domestic and strategic tax arenas to his new role at Halliburton.
Andolino most recently served as Vice President, Tax for Goodrich Corporation where he analyzed and executed dozens of investment transactions, joint venture deals and partnerships. Prior to that his tenure at Goodrich, he served in leadership roles at both Coltec Industries and AlliedSignal.
Andolino will report to Mark McCollum, Halliburton's executive vice president and chief financial officer.
